Ismail Darbar celebrated his birthday with a party for the first time in over three decades. A select few of the music fraternity came in to wish the birthday boy at the boutique restaurant venue. Sonu Nigam shared a laugh with music composer Lalit Pandit, as brother Jatin was also seen. Himesh Reshammiya, who is finally emerging from his hibernation, showed up. Alka Yagnik put in a brief appearance and was heard saying that she was scheduled to go elsewhere. “I came to wish Ismail since I was in town,” said Alka. Abhijeet Sawant also showed up. Smita Thackeray was seen wishing Ismail on his big day, on which he also broadcast his decision to join a political party...
